Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, including tracking details where available.

Australian delivery

We ship Australia wide. Standard delivery is AU$11 and usually arrives within 7 to 15 business days. Express delivery is AU$15. Standard shipping is free on orders over AU$100.

International delivery

We ship to 27 countries including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and most of Europe. International shipping is a flat AU$20 and delivery usually takes 10 to 25 business days depending on your location.

Prices are shown in your local currency where available, converted from Australian dollars at the current exchange rate. You will be charged in that currency at checkout. 

Plugs on electrical items

We are an Australian store, so any item that plugs into a wall socket is supplied with an Australian plug. If you are ordering from outside Australia you will need a plug adapter, and you should check that the fitting suits your local power supply before using it. Individual product pages say so as well where it applies.

If an item arrives with a plug you cannot use and this was not stated on the product page, contact us and we will sort it out.

Import duties and taxes

Prices at checkout do not include any import duties, customs charges or taxes that your country may apply. If your country charges these, you are responsible for paying them, and they are usually collected by the carrier before delivery. Charges vary by country and are outside our control, so we recommend checking your local rules before ordering.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs processing, weather or busy periods such as holidays. We will always help you track down a delayed parcel, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been sent, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping cost.
